I bet you thought this had a prayer of being something profound and it almost was. My post for tonight was almost heavy and poignant. All that good stuff. I may publish that one eventually but it for whatever reason did not feel appropriate.
What could be appropriate? Katie Holmes' haircut. On me. She looks fantastic in the new InStyle.
I was as creeped out as the next person by their whole TomKat thing a few years ago but now that I've stopped listening to the gossip and just seen the red carpet pics- it agrees with her. Whatever it is has created a visibly more confident and chic individual. Who wouldn't be in favor of that?
So what do you think?
Maybe? If I did it after Mexico and was less inclined to need lots of "beach hair"? It would be a little more work but I've never had short-ish hair and I think this is sexy. And would probably lead to healthier hair once it grew back out. I'm taking votes if you have Friday time.

I like her haircut. I don't like when all of the bangs are forward covering her forehead though. She looks lost in the cut.
I think it would look cute on you. It'd be a nice change and if you don't like it, it will grow back! Definitely take pictures if you do!

It's very sexy but I don't think it would stay up unless you live in a wind tunnel. Also, you might get abducted by scientologists.

I'm not a big fan of Katie Holmes, but I do LOVE her haircut right now. I def. think you should try it and obvi post pictures!
DO IT. And I say DO IT b/c I'm on the verge of whacking off my shoulder-length locks and as soon as I regret my actions (which will be immediately), I will need someone to commiserate with.
No really - you can pull it off. And as creepy as TomKat was, I think I'm actually start to get over that now. Suri is one cute little baby...even if she is an alien.
