Thinking Ahead to a Fall Feast

As I have raved and raved about for close to 8 months now, I took a pie-making class from Kate McDermott in Seattle and it was as close to transcendent as pastry lesson could really be. There are very few places I'd rather be in November than Provence with she and her counterpart Kate in France, Kate Hill. Kate Hill may be better known to some of you as a mother of Charcutepalooza. If you happen to be available, a fan of proper farm to table cooking and unopposed to fall in Provence- Pig & Pie is for you.

Wow! That sounds amazing. I so wish I could go. I need to separate off some money for a travel budget.
