Okay - the brownies I posted last night are a smashing success. I tasted a tiny square this morning and about fell over. I have been searching for MONTHS for THE brownie recipe that could beat the Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix and this one does it. They are spectacular. I want to try them without the crushed cookies and see how they hold up with no adornement.
And yeah - I'm a fan of chocolate and peppermint ANYTHING.

I hate missing stuff too. Umm when I was sick when I was a kid I would lie and say I was fine, just so I wouldn't miss school. I know. Huge dork.
MS: I can't wait. I still have to go to the Ghiradelli box in a crunch but those look and sound FANTASTIC!!
Sus: Not faking your way out of school is taking social to a whole new level. I had more "ear infections" and "stomach flu" than I care to recount. Mom caught on to the theatrics though...90% of the time.
