The world as it is, is not the world as it has to be.

We didn't get this one in Illinois (for fairly obvious reasons) but I just saw it on Chicagoist and it made me smile. Also, apparently Barack knows his way around a poker table...great piece in the New Yorker.

TKTC disclaimer goes a little like this:

I really like this man. I am voting for this man. No matter WHO you will be voting for, I hope you will put your $.02 in at the polls. It's exciting and it's important. OK, now the fun part...

He is very very inspiring, I'm still just torn between him an Hilary in regards to health care....hmmmm..but I DO love him.

D$: I would be too...I'm exciiited. I just wish I lived in a bigger swing state (knocks on wood).

Shanti: Can you still register for the big election in November? I'm going to assume yes!

So@24: I think know 3 people in 3 different states on this campaign. All our age which speaks loudly to me. Not the least of these is my younger brother.

Chels: I'm hoping that if Obama gets the nom, Hilary will stick around as an ally. She's a smart cookie, even if I'm not crazy about her for President.

I voted for that man this morning! This may be less a Tuesday for beads and bars and more of a Tuesday for drinking Hurricanes alone on my couch as the primary results roll in.
