"Octopus vs. The El" as posted by ChicagoistAnd in other news, the equivalent of 4 cups of coffee has left me somewhere between catatonic over-stimulation and knocking things off my to-do list like a champ. The visual here is reminiscent of the HC feeling neglected this morning and categorically knocking one. earring. at. a. time off of my desk. So this is me, knocking one pitch letter/memo/press release/proposal at a time off of my list and listening carefully for the sound made when they hit the wood floor and roll into the heating vent.
* Also I figured out why I like the Octopus/El battle picture so much. It simultaneously reminds me of Barcelona and the Decemberists live.
