Because I am genetically a networker, it makes me exceptionally happy that two of my favorite non-people have found each other and bonded over something so good, pure and dare I say classic. I say non-people because while clearly there are bright young things behind both Chicagoist and Milk & Honey Cafe, I do not know them.That's right, Chicagoist has discovered the BLT at Milk & Honey Cafe. It it were me, I would sub the extra mayo in their order for a tall glass of milk and a fried egg in the top sandwich layer but tomato, tomahto. Or tomato, lettuce and bacon. Divine.

ahhhh I LOVE BLT's. I'm always on the hunt for a good one. I'm going to make sure I visit that place when I come to Chicago. My BFF from high school lives there....so it WILL happen someday!
I saw that on Chicagoist yesterday. Even while being sick the picture of that BLT made me drool.
G-ME TOO! I love love them and usually get them at M&H or at Clark's on Lincoln with sweet potato fries. Come on down!
